i'm in the middle of it. in order to go that distance in that amount of time you've gotta have an average speed of 170. i've seen him sustain 299kmh, not sure what that equates to in mph. someone said 186 and i believe it. that's MOVING.
edit: ok, it tells you at the end. and i thought i accomplished something in my head lol. and him running from the cops is awesome

Yup, I used a conversion calculater. It's a hair under 186mph. They're big and brass, that all I've got to say.

If you travel 46 miles in just under 15 minutes, that is 184.20 miles or better per hour. Whew!!!!!!!!!!!
