Richard Gunther, an alternative fuels account executive with General Motors, was in Elgin as part of Judson University's Green Team's alternative fuel vehicles showcase.

The funny thing was ... I don't remember hearing or reading or seeing anything about this ... until AFTER the fact.
 
Ah, well.  I wasn't in town anyway ... was in south Chicagoland meeting up with some First Gen MC people I know.
