I had got one for my GT at the Wbody store but the dont have one for the 06-07 Monte anybody have any other place to look?

Your warranty is already over on your 06 monte? Wow, that seems quick?

This is what I did to my Grand prix GT, Yours should be the same!

Purpose: To be able to manually turn on and off the fans.  This is so that while in the staging lanes or in heavy traffic, I can manually override the system's ability to turn on the fans and cool the engine better.

How its done:
Step 1:     Go to Radio Shack, get a switch part #2750653, and a pack of diodes part #2761114. You will also have to get some 16-18 gage wire.
Step 2:     Get the switch ready. You must solder a jumper wire and one diode on the terminals of the switch. Make sure the diode is as in the picture below. Number 2 pin has to be grounded to the car.
Step 3:    Open the fuse box under the hood. You must now run two wires from the relays to the switch under the dash. (There is a rubber plug in the fire wall in front of the brake pedal.) Strip wires 1/2 inch and connect numbers 1 and 3 pins to the 45 and 67 marked in the fuse box in the pictures below. After placing the wires in the fuse box, reinstall the relays. It would be much easier for you to use different colored wires for this. If you choose to use the same color wire as I did, just connect the wires to 89 and 1011. You have a 50/50 chance on getting it right. If you connect the wires correctly, both fan-1 and fan-2 should be either on high, or on low. If not, change wires 1213 and 1415 in fuse box around. If that doesn't work, there is a different problem and you should go over your work.

Step 4:    The lid for the fuse box now needs a notch just big enough to run the wires out of it at the top where it seals together.

I mounted My switch here (the BLUE one)
This is the housing that also holds the switch for the seat heater.
