The only time I used a bra on any of my cars was 1991, on a new Honda CRX (wife's car).  It scratched the paint in short order, and was a royal PITA.  I finally took it off and trashed it, and haven't used one since. Nevertheless, I'm thinking about trying one of these on the Monte: http://www.magnetbra.com/
Looks interesting.

It does look interesting but I'm not a huge fan of bras

Nor am I, but I'm also not a fan of the small paint chips that seem to show up mainly on the front section of the hood.  I don't tailgate, and I always coat the front of my cars with tons of wax - and yet the chips inevitably appear.

I recommend BraLess.

I saw a special paint last week that is designed for installing a bra on your car.  It comes in a standard spray can.  It sprays on and gives a RhinoLining-style flat black finish that you hide with the bra.  It's rain proof and prevents damage from your bra.  The best part is:  it washes off with soap and water, and leaves absolutely no residue!

I wish I could remember the name of it, but the name escapes me right now.  When I saw it, I remembered thinking "Cool!  Why didn't somebody think of this sooner?"  I saw it at a Canadian chain store (Canadian Tire) in the same aisle as the bras.

I prefer to let my hood swing freely in the breeze!  lol... but seriously - I've always been of the mind that bras trap moisture and thus creat rust - especially this time of year when there is alot of morning dew.  Just my opinion tho.
