No Traction Control or ABS

My car seems to have issues with snow and crappy weather. It seems that during the winter months my traction control and traction system quit working. I think this has to do with road grime interfering with the wheel speed sensors, but am not entirely sure. I have plugged in a programmer to it and gotten the following codes B2552, B2964, and B3128. Of these codes the only one I could find was B3128 and it supposedly has to do with the door locks. If anyone knows anything about the traction system issue I would greatly appreciate their help. Thanks. 

i think those are body codes, hence the B.... u need some C codes fer chassis/brakes
