I took a photo of my car, created an cartoon of it, and then modified it to something I would want on my car.

Louvers on the back window, super low aero-package, cowl hood... What do you think?  Oh, feel free to copy the picture to modify it to how you would like to see your car... I would love to see some variations.

Craig, I really like the way you play : )

I like your cartoon  edition : ) - It looks like a Street Edition NASCAR

What type of program are you using ?

My computer has really been acting up, and my old Corel Program
is driv'in me crazy (doesn't take much 2 : ).
I will play with your pic this weekend, and hope that Mod Bigg `J,
reads this post, and gives it a try. (He does awesome PhotoShop auto `art: )

Looks like a ricer to me with that rear wing. Without that looks great.

I agree. I think the factory SS spoiler is just about perfect, although I wish it didn't trap so much water.

I used Net.Paint to create the outline (pencil stetch effect), and then, good old MS Paint.  I have Adobe Fireworks MX2004, Photoshop CS, and MS Photo Editor.

LnL & Gale:
The reason for the aerial fin, is because I hate how the stock spoiler holds water.

SolaraSlayer:
Ideally, put tunnel in to accommendate the GTO's LS2 Drivetrain and rearend or better yet, the Corvette's LS7 drivetrain and rearend.  Coupled with the 1024-HP twin Turbo for a street legal rocket!

I can't decide if it looks more NASCAR-ish, or rice-ish.  With that design it could go either way.  But that's just me.  I like the ground effects, and the hood scoop if you can make it functional.  The spoiler I'm not so sure about.

One "NOS" sticker on the car, and it would be a ricer.

Yea I really do hate how they hold water. Takes for ever to get all the water from under it when I wash it on Sundays.

I love the louvers and cowl hood, not much of a fan of the big body kits or wing. If you ever do get the louvers from some where I defiantly would like to know, as I would love some on my car...

the new nascars wing looks like that, so its both rice and nascar in one :}

I did an attempt using one of his photogallery pics.  So far I only lowered the ground effects.  Will try to create a hood scoop and wing when I get a chance.

To me the ground effects don't look as rice-ish when not in cartoon form.  You may have something Craig.

I take it you've seen the movie "Walmart:  The high cost of low price"?

Definitely agree on the wing.  If i was a fabricator person I'd have modded the stocker to raise it up just a hair and complete the bottom of it so that you could get under there with a rag.  Just enough to reach under it, not so high as to be too aggressive, just enough to be convenient and still complement the stock lines so well.

looks good except for the nascrap COT rear wing. put a blade spoiler on there, not the stock one but one more like the 01 through 05 had.

Hey Craig.

I had a little bit of time today, and made an attempt at the spoiler.  It's not perfect, but hopefully gives you some ideas.

I'm thinking the billet look aluminium struts look a bit overwhelming for something that's obviously stock -based.   I have a really badly done image here, but I think a formed abs/fiberglass strut/supports would look a bit more in place.  I lowered it slightly as well, too high and it would definitely impede rear vision.  The bottom would have to be trimmed out, which won't come through in the angle this pic is, but I think you know what I'm meaning.  I'm just trying to explain the look, really having the stock one modified would be really expensive and un-realistic because of all the holes in the trunk lid, even through the middle areas, they'll have to be filled in order to change to a strut-lifted style wing.   But if I was going to put that kind of work in, this is the kind of look I personally would be aiming for.
