Hey Gang,
I've done some research on modifications for the Monte's and have come across one that I have been seriously considering. I wanted to see what you guys think.
I have seen many site now online that offer the Lambo door mod for all makes and models including our Monte's. Thats where the doors swing up like a Lamborgini (SP) instead of out like normal. What do you guys think, would it be cool or a waste of time.
Lets see...comment??

I think they look GREAT! Verticle Doors is one of the better company's, also. I was wanting to put them on my Intimidator SS, but now we are thinking that we want to put them on LadyT's Solstice GXP. Maybe both? The IMPORTANT thing about them is to get them to open as close to 90 degrees, or as verticle as possible. I've seen some that only open 45 degrees, and they are nearly impossible to get in or out of.
Here is a link for an AWESOME price and FREE shipping right now. Someone just paid $900 shipped for their Solstice.

Thanks RocknSS04 for the link, that is a way better price for the mode. Now Is there anyone in the community that actually has these kits installed? How does one extend the wiring harness for the doors electrical system? And where does the hock go?
I guess those questions can be asked on the sales site, but I figured because we have some real car buffs here maybe we can come up with how they are installed.
thanks for the replies....

Here's another tip: Go to the gmperformancetuning.com forum and join. Andy's offers up a 10% discount to members there, and well, that about another $100 off the all ready good price!
