I recently bought a supercharger off a buick riveira for cheap, thinking i oculd put it on my 2000 monte carlo ss for cheap also.  The guy i got it off of told me i would need a different intake and might need different heads, can anyone tell me what i need?

the cheepest way is to get a new intake from ZZPerformance.com   the L67 (3800 Sc motor) has the fuel injectors in the heads... since your car lacks this, you need ZZP's l67 lower intake.  they have holes in them to fit the injectors.  you can also get thier kit so you can run the SC off a single belt.  you will also need a tuner or a new PCM (computer)  and new fuel injectors, MAP sensor, Fuel pump, the L67 TB or an adapter for yours.

now to get it runing correctly... since your non SC block has higher compression then the normal Sc block you should do the following to keep the motor from blowing up.  180* stat, Cold air intake, Ubend delete (in exhaust), 3" down pipe (these can come with the u bend delete), autolite 104 plugs.   next if you plan to drive the car hard you will need to beef up the trany.

other store you can look to are http://www.wbodystore.com/
if you want more info PM me and i'll help you with additional info.
