Hi, new member here. I have an 83 Monte Carlo Drag car that I took off the street about 11 years ago. It was painted back in ''01 by a coworker, and it looks great but every time I wash the car I see water droplets on the inside of the windows. I''ve already re-aligned the windows fore and aft, and adjusted all the up and down-travel stops. It appears (by running my finger underneath the driprail on the inside) that water is getting between the folds of the metal where the driprail is formed and then running down the weatherstripping and getting onto the window on the inside. Should there be some type of silicone sealer in the "rain gutter" to prevent this from happening? I''m thinking maybe this was an oversight on re-assembly after the car was painted. Any insights would be appreciated, thanks. Kevin
