This week''''s MCF Pic of the week is from Cowboy6622, Duane.

Duane joined in June of 2007 and has recently celebrated one year of ownership of his first Monte.
He also celebrated his birthday three weeks ago.
This past week, he reached the 3000 post level.

This pic shows off the custom exhaust he installed on his SS Monte, and the head turning laser blue metallic paint.

Congratulations on one year of ownership, and happy belated birthday Duane! You should be very proud - you have a great looking car! The chrome exhaust tips suit you car perfectly - not too overstated.

To go along with the chrome exhaust tips, I think he should get a nice set of chrome rims when money permits. But of course, school is more important.

o yes yes, school is of the utmost importance right now. i''''m thinking the American Racing rims, the ones that look a little like Cragers.

the Superior Blue (not laser ,sorry) is a great color, my favorite (along with yellow, not many cars can do yellow but the Monte can).

the monte has been thru some chagnes since then. i have painted the brake calipers blue, i have removed the monte carlo logos from the side, and i moved the SS logo on the trunk to the other side. plus, i got that wax off the rubber on the door handle too.

thanks for selecting me for pic of the week. when i go home next weekend i''ll have to get out the camera and prove i did all these visual modifications though :)
