There's a 1995 Monte Carlo LS on e-bay and it has 78K and it's the 3100 series. The car has bad timing. Does that mean it needs a CPS, or Coils or is it the timing belt. Thanks

Welcome to the forum!!

My .02...

The belt may need to be replaced. I would be cautious. If the timing belt slipped enough it could cause serious valve/piston damage. I would stay away from this one.
