hey i know someone here has at least one neon light kit under their car.I am looking for some for mine and would like to get a good kit. I have also seen the LED kits witch are better to have?
Witch are brighter? would like to find it in red or purple ( to match the gages that I'm getting as soon as he dint like them ) from speed hut.
just trying to figure out what is going to be the best things to look for in this.
I dint want junk that will go out or dim out in a week.

My friend had the LED and they were great, u could change patterns. But my neons that i bought off Ebay were way brighter. they were $110 shipped and they lasted 3 years, and prolly could have went more, but i was trying to loose weight underneith the car so they were the first to go...

hahahaha Not gonna happen... lol

I posted links to two more fresh Speedhut bids on e-bay on the gages thread in the tech area. Good news too, they have one set in MPH and the other in Metric...

the LEDs "do" more...but the neons are brighter.

patrick you are right cause i install underglo kits asnd in car a/v eqiupment and the led are for the person who likes a different look and the neons are for a plain brgiht look

i dont have underbodys...but i do have internals...because with my sunroof, there is no dome light..so i got a nice bright blue glow inside.. in this pic, the camera was sitting on my trunk lid aiming to the hood...its not the best pic..i know...

in this pic, i was going for some effect..it gets the picture across..but i wasnt familair enough with the camera...but like the other one, it gives you the idea..

yeah i added red neon to the interior of mine under the dash behind the council and it is pretty Britte for the most part lights the floor rather good with out blinding me . but have to figure what i want then i guess as far as the LED's Go what do you meant hey are more for the person who wants different? I want different want them in red or the pup. to match the flames I'm having done for my car now and yes they will match my gages from twinkle LOL he just don't know it yet he is going to give them to me . LOL
actually i have a few on Ebay that I'm looking at to

I'm looking for something that you can see on the road at night i want it to be at least brite they don't look stupid but i don't want it so brite they are blinding to. I want to accent the car not make it look bad.
trying just to set it apart from the others that are here or when we get back in the states i want to have some thing different.
