i dont think he's done the upgrades to the turbocharger yet, or maybe he was holding back i dont know, but we weren't going long distances, just took off from the lights, went a little ways then slowed down.

like big j said he took him off the line, maybe i just got him off the line i guess, but we've done it a few times and its the same result everytime

i dont know, maybe he just sucks at driving i guess

but then once i finished all my engine upgrades maybe i can officially be faster :)

Josh, If I had the choice, I still would rather have your
Limited Edition Monte SS (It's rare, Super Sweet & unique:).
Now, when the roads are clear,
you will have to line them up again & video the race : )
That would be sweet 2 see : ).
`Space
I got 2 go study 4 finals

i think next spring we might go to the track, i want to test out my monte once i get the mods done to see what she runs

if those srt 4's are running 12s then this guy obviously can't drive, cuz he's not doing 12's, he's more in the line of high 14's

dont really get clear roads here, i'm in a small town, and we really just have the one main street that everybody cruises up and down it, but people do come from other towns to do that here, kinda lame, but still something to do :)

Road Test link below of 06 Monte Carlo SS by Motor Week.
ENGINE: 5.3-liter V8
HORSEPOWER: 303
TORQUE: 323 lb feet
0-60 mph: 6.0 seconds
60-0 mph: 138 feet
1/4 Mile: 14.5 seconds @ 101 mph
EPA: 18 mpg city/28 mpg highway

I've seen better 1/4 mile times of the SS & better speeds at the drags.
One 06 SS ran in the high thirteens @ 110 MPH.
If anyone has other sites with 1/4 mile times of Monte's or
slips....Please post them....Thanks

yeah also not to mention the srt-4's are some completely random cars. some run high 13's stock and some run mid 14's stock. the srt-4 is touchy i guess. other than that i know my monte is running faster then a 14.5. the other day i did a 0-100 run at 13.66 sec. that is with a slower start to prevent burning out. also i am not stock so idk how much faster i am then stock.

just a curious question, not trying to flame. but what do you have done to it and how did you come to the exact time of 13.66 seconds 0-100? those little peons are quick.

you can change the gear ratios with that???

someone told me that when i put the smaller pulley on the supercharger that i should change the shift points and have the computer reflashed or something like that, does the programmer do that??
