I could smell anitfreeze when I was coming home. I check and found anifreeze all over, Mainly on the battery. I just had a anifreeze flush last month. Can the radiator cap go bad?

The cap itself, not usually. It is more likely a cracked or loose hose. I would squish the hose and pull on it a few times to see if you can see some cracks, new fluid, or a loose hose.

What about the hose clamps. replace them with a screw down type clamp.

Hose clamps are fine if they are holding the hose in place. They don't need to be replaced unless they are mechanically broken. Make sure they are snug.

I check the hose again, and didn't see nothing.
I also check that cap again, and clean the washer out. Theirs was some grind on it. I figure if the washer wasn't free of crap on it. It might do what it did. What you think? I guess I'll find out tomorrow. Cus when I hit the highway, and going to hammer it.

I would clean off everything and make sure it is dry. You won't need to hammer it, once the engine gets over 195 degrees, the fluid will start to flow. Through the entire system, until then it will just have regular pressure.

It might be burning antifreeze off the engine or something.... you might need to wash it off sometime when you're done driving for the day and give it an hour to cool off. Be carefull not to spray the alternator or coil packs much.
