ORIGINAL: 04MonteLS that's just crazy. I wouldn't be interested in having my hvac controls being reverse indiglo, that's doing too much. Wow......... I am in utter shock......... I know what you were really thinking and you held back. Your getting better LS.. I had to read it over twice to see if you injected the "R" word... lol I took a long hard look @ my HVAC controlls at lunch today, I think I am going to pass as well. I just can't see spending $85 for a unit that will only run about $45 and like Monte, I am not sure this would even look good. I think I am going to stick with the gauges only. TVW

yeah i hear ya but i would do it if they offer them i will see what i can find on ebay or somethign but im not going to spend 85.00 ethier for them As far as doing them on teh dsash sure i would right now that part of the dash just dont look right to me after the others went in. But i would not even care if it was just a decal that didnt light up with nothign more then the stock lights on teh car it would look better to me. I just want it to match durring the day when all can see it I dont care what they see at night. that is when i see it for the most part. Even just a white face over lay would be better then what we have now But then again this is just me and as much as i love my car i really hate having everythign inside of it black. to me it is kind of looking at a off wite wall and trying to find the light switch in the middel of it when it was painted the same color. you can find it if ya look hard enough but still not the best idea i guess/ Just my .02 worth Sorry guys iu didnt have a clue what they were runnign was hoping to get them cheaper then that LOL

TVW LMAO I think the R word has hurt enough feelings around here You know what would look nice though? Some brushed aluminum trim, like guage bezel, hvac control bezel, stereo bezel, shifter bezel, etc.

I like the guages but it just needs a bit more of a break up in the middel of the car to help tie it all to geather Im trying real had to not paint anything inside the car . If the body style changes and it gose rear wheel drive and has a v-8 hummmmmmmmm this car might be seeing a carlot agaiun LOL or if they retro the Camaro like the rummors say they are thinking of might be getting one of them and keeping this one for show only or sunday drives

And now that I think about it, im not gonna do too much to the Monte either. Maybe a guage bezel but that's, I just want to keep it simple and clean.

i looked at one kit for the monte it was over 200.00us. pluse shipping i could not see paying that much for it knowing it was not even metal just templates out of vinal. but i know i want to brak it up some just not to much to where it startes to look stupid. that was why i was looking and the speed hut stuff it would match it to the speedo but agian i have to agree after thinking aboput it it might be to much but i will find something/. I almost wish we had the same switches as the Rustangs they have billet switches you can get for them and replace the ones in you car with them. but they look completly diffrent then ours but would be a nice touch in our cars to LOL and it would break things up some with out looking stupid . Damed rustangs
