Did you just need the VIN#?
Thanks.

I beleive that is all I sent them.  I also might have included name and address so they could confirm I was who I was.... they could check me on carfax to verify I owned the car.

I talked to them on the phone after a few transfers I got to the right person and my car is 1077 out 4000. It was really quite easy.

Hi, I recently purchased a used 2002 Pace car edition SS.  Will that email work so I can get the production number of my car?

I tried to email them and got a canned we can't help you email back then I called the 1-800-222-1020 and got the same response. A day later I tried calling again and they were more than happy to help. They took down my home number, VIN# and an hour or so later called me back to tell me my number was 2643 out of 4000. So if for some reason they brush you off the first time don't give up try again. They also called me back to tell me I had an outstanding recall (Caliper bolts).
