HEY! too all the MC SS 5.3L i found a turbo kit for the LS4 motor dont know much about turbos but jus lookin for some input from u guys that may know a thing r two the kit is made by http://www.cartuning.ca and the kit includes

8 x 42lb fuel injectors
Custom PCM tune
Turbonetics T-66 turbo
Turbonetics Evolution Wastegate
All piping mandrel bent, ceramic or Powder coated.
Cartuning W body intercooler
50mm Blow off valve
K and N air filter
High flow catalytic converter
DMH electric exhaust cutout with cabin remote switch
4T-65E shift kit
Lokar stainless flexible transmission dipstick
All PCV solutions Direct bolt to stock exhaust Full alky injection system Fuel Pump rewire - racetronix No cutting/welding required, can bring car back to stock with no problems Turbo kit produces about 450whp(570 crank) from 250whp stock. Price at 5400.00 i think.

IS THIS A DEAL OR WHAT?

I know the guy who operates the company. Kevin is a good guy, and has a great product. I know the owner of the GXP that they had as the first to run a LS4 turbo.

if i had a 5.3 and an extra $5400 it would be on mine....

hell if i had the extra $3400 for a turbo on my body style it would be on there.

I'll be heading to the track on the 26th, and the first turbo GXP will be there.. I'll get some pics of the engine bay for you photo phreaks.

Yeah that kit has been discussed a lot on a different forum. It has been in development for a while.
The Turbo GXP ran low 12sec in 1/4 and was having traction issues. So it could possibly go into the 11's.
Thats a nast sleeper.
even though pricey it is one of the most complete kits out there. The only issues is if you go with it you will need a beefed up tranny otherwise your stock tranny will be toast very fast. so if you put a good tranny and labor costs this thing comes close to $10,000.
If I had $10,000 just laying around yeah I'd get it, but I dont LOL.
