Something needs a tweak.

You're closer to 16 than you are to 15!

Leave the Golf Clubs home next time!

When was the last time you gave it a tune up? spark plugs, oil, Tranny fluid, etc...

Do you have aftermarket wheels?

Maybe you just need a few more practice runs.  If manual tranny, were your shifts quick.  What RPM did you launch at?  What 60'?

Hi `Jonathan,
How many miles are on your SS ?
Below are some times I found on the 3.8 SS Monte.
What was your tire pressure ?
Is this the first time that you went to the track ?
If not, did you have lower times before this run ?
I'm sure you can get it into the mid to low 15s.

We have several members I'm sure will give you tips
on what they have done.
Good Luck, from `Space

Let us know `if you go again.  I love reading how our
member's are doing @ the track.

plus with the pcm i shift at 6100 rpms

I may be wrong but unless you have gotten new valve springs you should not be shifting above 6000 rpm. I am not sure but i though i read that some where.
