Unless you are going crazy performance, stock wires will be more than adequate. A lot of guys have run the stock wires into the 11''s. As for plugs, the majority of the supercharged guys who are fairly stock run Autolite 104s. They are a cheap copper plug that hold up quite well under boosted applications. If you start getting into heavier mods than you could consider running Autolite 103''s.

Very general answer, but its all you need :)
