I removed the dash, removed the factory HvAc unit, then reinstalled the dash for transmission fitting purposes.
Note the shortenned -factory- gear shift?
Of course the -new- transmission tunnel will require more height.
I'm pulling all the interior out when I get it back to the shop after the winter vacation.
Once back in the shop I'll be getting the pedals in order. I have to move the brake pedal over two or three inches, making room for the electric throttle pedal.

Retaining the factory battery location.
Factory radiator and fan assembly.
I am working out the hoses and their new connecting places.
Laying out the new A.C. line routing too.

Needs aftermarket wheels. With the offset that rear end has and the mini-tub job I did, will probably allow for a 11 inch wide rim.
That rim there is 9.5 and it sits in too far for my tastes.
These cars have an enormous wheel openning.
